2. Services Provided

Klever Leads provides lead generation services for insurance agents. Our services include the sale and delivery of leads, which may be exclusive, semi-exclusive, or shared among multiple agents. These Terms govern your use of our website and services, including your purchase and use of leads.

3. Lead Sales and Delivery

●Lead Exclusivity: Not all leads are exclusive. We may sell leads on an exclusive, semi-exclusive, or shared basis. Semi-exclusive and shared leads may be sold to multiple agents. This distinction will be clearly indicated for each type of lead.

●Live Lead Delivery: While we strive to send leads live, there may be instances where lead delivery is delayed, such as during times of high volume or when there are insufficient buyers available. In such cases, leads may be delivered after their initial capture.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once leads are delivered, they are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our services, which involve providing digital goods, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including cases where leads are not converted into sales or are deemed unsatisfactory by the buyer.

5. Use of Leads

You are solely responsible for your use of the leads purchased from us. This includes compliance with all applicable laws, including those relating to privacy and data protection. You agree not to misuse the leads in any way that could violate privacy laws or harm individuals whose information is provided.

6. Account Registration

To use our services, you may be required to create an account, either directly through our website or via our partner, Lead Exec. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Third-Party Services

Klever Leads uses Lead Exec, a third-party partner, to facilitate the sale and delivery of leads. When you create an account with us, you may be required to also create an account with Lead Exec. Please note that Lead Exec has its own terms of service and privacy policy, and we encourage you to review those documents before using their platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klever Leads will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, the delivery of leads, or any other aspect of these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to stop using our services.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of our services or the leads provided. You use our services at your own risk.
